250 Knightsbridge Chairs for Sunnyside House Care Home

Over 250 chairs with complementary dining and coffee tables have been supplied by Yorkshire-based Knightsbridge Furniture to the Sunnyside House care home in Bangor, County Down.

A privately funded initiative run by the Presbyterian Residential Trust, Sunnyside House is a five-wing development for the care of the elderly which opened last October. Each wing comprises 45 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a guest room for visitors, together with communal dining and activities areas, rooms for quiet contemplation, a community lounge and a sun-room.

Furnishings have been selected from the Knightsbridge Care Furniture portfolio to reflect the friendly and relaxed atmosphere which pervades throughout the home. All lounge areas are now equipped with elegant Braemar chairs and Balerno coffee tables, with traditional comfort and styling provided in the bedrooms by Ailsa armchairs. The dining rooms have been given a fresh appeal with Arden armless Dining chairs and Gamma dining tables, which combine the warmth of natural wood with upholstery in tasteful colourways to create a welcoming ambience.
