How to order

This page details how to order from our collection by laying out a process of seven steps. Be sure to read each one carefully as making amendments later may incur and additional charge. For this reason be particularly vigilant when completing step three.

1. Select your products from our extensive collection in our catalogues or this website. Please ensure you use the correct item code and state any options/accessories you require.
2. Detail your fabric range and colour and specify loose or fixed covers where applicable.
3. Choose a wood finish from our standard range to complement your fabric choice or overall scheme. Please provide a sample if you require our colour matching service (10% surcharge).
4. Provide a valid purchase order with complete invoice and delivery addresses including contact names and numbers.
5. Contact our customer services department if you require delivery outside our standard delivery terms.
6. Please double check your order details as amendments or cancellations may incur a charge.
7. Now place your purchase by post, email or fax. We regret we are unable to accept telephone orders. For ease, click here to download our order form.
