- Interior frame – 18mm Hardwood Ply with solid hardwood rails.
- Outer faces encapsulated with 6mm Hardwood Ply
- All joints mortice & tenon, screwed or pinned and glued
- Fire retardant foams to comply with BS7176 ignition source 5
- Re-enforced super-strong nylon feet fixed with stainless M8 Pin-Torx security bolts
- 6mm Hardwood Ply full width Under bottom board fixed with stainless Pin-Torx security screws
- No visible staples
- No back tacking trim used.
- No Gaps round seat or arm to prevent concealment issues.
- Available as a weighted version if needed (in 20kg increments).
- Polycarbonate under-bottom version available for inspection purposes.
