Mid Century Modern and Social FlexAbility at Sleep and Eat 2019

Knightsbridge revive mid-century modern as they display their latest collection Caravelle at Sleep and Eat 2019 on stand E92. Redeveloped for Knightsbridge’s milestone 80th birthday, Caravelle celebrates Knightsbridge’s history, taking influence from a past mid century piece of furniture from the archives.

Pieces from Knightsbridge’s Hospitality collection have also been selected to fit out “The Hub”, designed by Wilson Associates, which is an exciting new addition to the show.

Responding to this year’s theme of ‘Social FlexAbility’, The Hub will be the place for co-working and networking, for quietly catching up with emails, or simply relaxing away from the busy exhibition floor. The inspiration for the space is a circle, a closed curve where not only do people come together in a shared experience but all the elements inside have been, or will be, recycled.
